Home School Gymnastics classes are classes that take place earlier in the day for ages 5½ - 17 and are mixed gender. Skills will be emphasized on vault, uneven bar, balance beam, floor, parallel bars, pommel horse, & ring apparatuses. There is a focus on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, body awareness and confidence when participating in these classes. It is also combination of recreational skill sets that are practiced according to each participants need.
