Level 1 Girls Gymnastics Class
The level 1 gymnastics class is a gymnastics class for ages 5½ - 17 that has its own basic set of gymnastics skills that will be practiced on the vault, uneven bar, balance beam and floor apparatuses. There is a focus on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, body awareness and confidence when participating in this class. There is a specific skill set that should be mastered before an athlete can move on to the next level of gymnastics which is the intermediate level. |
Intermediate Girls Gymnastics Class
The Intermediate gymnastics class is a gymnastics class that has its own set of gymnastics skills that will be practiced on the vault, uneven bar, balance beam and floor apparatuses. There is a focus on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, body awareness and confidence when participating in this class. There is a specific skill set that should be mastered before an athlete can move on to the next level of gymnastics which is level 2. |

The Ievel 2 gymnastics class is a gymnastics class that has its own set of gymnastics skills that will be practiced on the vault, uneven bar, balance beam and floor apparatuses. There is a focus on balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, body awareness and confidence when participating in this class. There is a specific skill set that should be mastered before an athlete can move on to the next level of gymnastics which is advanced level. |

Gymnastics for ages 4 - 5 1/2 class
This gymnastics class is a fun-filled educational experience great for the physical and cognitive development for ages 4 through 5½! This class is for children that already have a basic understanding of how to follow a structured class setting. It is a fun themed class setting with age appropriate introductory gymnastic stations that will assist in the development of basic movement and motor skills as well as the development of social skills. Some of the basic gymnastic stations may include rolling, jumping, swinging or climbing on age appropriate gymnastic apparatuses. |
