Cancellations: Are only acceptable for medical emergencies with a doctor’s note stating medical emergency. All/any cancellations within a semester (or a summer camp if not notified at least 2 weeks before it begins) will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. With a doctor’s note, credits may be pro-rated minus the $25 cancellation fee and applied to an account according to the date we are informed via email of the incident, not according to the date of the accident. Credits are applied when applicable. Refunds are not given under any circumstance.

Make-Up Classes are provided under these terms: We must be notified within 24 hours of the missed class via e-mail newwavegymnastics@gmail.com or through the fullout messaging system found here: https://app.fulloutsoftware.com/new-wave-gymnastics/sign-in . A maximum of 4 within a semester is acceptable. Make-up options are based upon availability & are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to fit them in when possible. Make ups cannot be scheduled within the first 2 weeks of a starting semester. There are not make-ups available if the last class within a semester is missed or throughout the last week of a semester. We do not offer make up classes for a scheduled make-up class that was missed.

Late fees: A late fee of $10/child will be applied on the 8th late day if applicable.
